Dear Live Out Loud Sisters,

This past weekend, I found myself immersed in the remarkable journeys of two incredible sister friends, each with their own story of resilience, courage, and unwavering determination.

One of these remarkable women, a skilled worker with degrees in education and architecture, came to America chasing the elusive American dream. But what she found was a journey fraught with challenges and setbacks. Battling sickness and facing language barriers, she was often overlooked and underestimated by those around her. But when I met her, I saw her true greatness shining through. Despite the hardships she endured, her spirit remained unbroken, radiating strength and determination with every word she spoke.

Last year, she faced a near-fatal heart attack that served as a wake-up call to reclaim her life and live it boldly. And that's where our paths intersected. Together, we embarked on a journey of empowerment and transformation, as I showed her that dreams are not just meant to be chased but to be realized. This past week, we spent precious moments together, laughing, planning, and embracing the promise of a brighter future. Her act of kindness in fixing my bathroom pipes not only restored water flow but also symbolized the flow of abundance and blessings that comes from helping others.

And then there's my dear sister friend who faced surgery this past week. Standing by her side, I witnessed firsthand the power of love and support in times of need. In our shared tears and shared laughter, we discovered the profound truth that helping others is not just a selfless act but a source of profound fulfillment and joy.

So, my beloved sisters, as we navigate the twists and turns of life's journey, let us never forget the power we hold within to uplift and support one another. In living, loving, and laughing out loud, we not only enrich the lives of those around us but also enrich our own souls.

According to recent findings from S&P Global, we're witnessing a notable decline in the number of women holding C-Suite positions—a trend that's caught many by surprise. But here's the kicker: this shift isn't an isolated anomaly. Over the past decade, more and more women in their prime years of experience are bidding farewell to their corporate roles.

Behind this silent exodus lies a complex tapestry of factors, from biological changes to socio-economic pressures. It's a narrative that demands our attention and prompts us to explore multifaceted solutions—from both corporate and societal perspectives.

  • Honey: Provides soothing relief for the throat and adds a touch of sweetness to the blend. It also possesses antimicrobial properties.

  • Baking Soda: Alkaline in nature, it may help balance the body's pH levels and reduce acidity, potentially easing respiratory discomfort.

Possible Side Effects:

While generally safe for most people, some individuals may experience mild side effects such as stomach upset or allergic reactions. If you have concerns or experience adverse effects, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare professional.

Instructions:
