Happy New Year, Live Out Loud Sisters! 🎉 As we step into 2025, let us embrace the theme of radiance and resilience. This is the year to live unapologetically, pursue purpose-driven goals, and lean into the fullness of who we are.

Well, my new year started off with a bang — and not in the way I had hoped! I was struck with COVID and spent seven days in quarantine. It was a tough way to begin the year, but it also gave me time to reflect on what truly matters: health, peace, and the power of slowing down when life demands it. Coming out of that experience, I’m more determined than ever to prioritize self-care and encourage each of you to do the same.

Last year taught us valuable lessons on perseverance, prosperity thinking, and the power of sisterhood. Now, it’s time to build on that foundation. Let’s set our intentions for 2025 with clarity and focus. What’s your word for the year? Mine is Radiance — to shine my light, fully and unapologetically.

Together, we will reflect, reimagine, and reinvent ourselves this year. Let’s make every moment count!

Good Health: Healing Harmony Tea Recipe for Cleansing and Respiratory Support

Healing Harmony Tea Recipe:

Dosage and Storage:

  • Dosage: Drink 1-2 cups of Healing Harmony Tea daily, preferably in the morning and evening for best results. Adjust the quantity as needed based on your body’s response.

  • Storage: Store the dried herbs in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Once brewed, the tea can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before drinking.

Why It Works:

This tea blend combines three powerful herbs that work synergistically to support your body’s natural detoxification process and respiratory health:

  • Mullein: Acts as an expectorant, helping to loosen and remove mucus from the lungs while reducing inflammation.

  • Blackberry Leaves: Rich in antioxidants, these leaves support immune function and help reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract.

  • Burdock Root: Known for its blood-purifying properties, burdock root helps cleanse toxins from the body, promoting overall health and vitality.

By drinking this tea regularly, you’ll promote clearer breathing, a stronger immune system, and a cleaner internal environment.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Mullein

  • 1 tbsp Dried Blackberry Leaves

  • 1 tbsp Burdock Root

  • 4 cups Water

  • Honey or lemon to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add the Mullein, Blackberry leaves, and Burdock root to the water.

  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Strain the tea into a cup.

  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.

  • Blackberry Leaves: Supports immune function and has antioxidant properties.
